Autumn Inn

I spent three nights at Autumn Inn with my family and our experience there was very nice. We came to the area for skiing at Prospect Mountain, and picked this place for its location - 10 min drive from the park and a nice 20 min walk to the town center. The accommodations are not new, but everything was super clean (it felt good to have a bath), the beds were comfortable, there was a fridge and a microwave that were important amenities for us. It was also great to take a really hot shower after the day of skiing. The hosts were friendly and responsive to us. The only issue was that the bathroom door couldn't be locked, it wasn't critical though. A decent place to stay, overall.

Clean and cozy inn, it’s what you’d expect for a motel. Motel manager helped out when I had an issue with my car and even offered us a longer stay in the room after checkout until the problem was resolved. I’m super appreciative of that and would recommend this motel simply for that reason.

Spent two nights here! Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. It is VERY hiker friendly. Price is solid for the area and quality of the rooms. If you’re on the AT (or just in the area) and looking for a clean and comfortable room at a good rate, this is a solid spot for Bennington. Plus they’re open to pets if you have any furry friends with you! I am also pretty sure this is also a family-owned business, which I prefer to patronize over chains when possible.

I forgot to write a review but me and my friend came here about 2 months ago for a last minute one night visit and they accommodated us. The staff member is incredibly kind and hospitable. He wears glasses and I think is south Asian unfortunately I don’t know his name. The next morning when we went to get ready to leave, my friends car battery died and that same staff member went above and beyond getting us car cables and a couples car for assistance (I’m not sure if they’re part or the community or staff) they all helped us get my friend’s car started! Then that same staff member gave me and my friend water bottles because he saw how stressed we were and made sure we’re good and safe to go. We felt very safe. That kind of honest pure hospitality is insanely rare very honest worker plus the place is super affordable and close to everything!

Clean room, larger then usual refrigerator, microwave ,Coffee maker, Roku TV. Wireless charger in my room. Only thing I didn't care for was very firm/hard bed and only 2 pillows . Very nice friendly personnel. Also if you worry about privacy and people peeking in.... there's only a tiny little window in the corner of the room...and no mirrors with little black dots in them or blinking led's in devices on/near the ceiling. I felt it was very private.

Rooms are a bit dated and could use a little TLC, but very clean. Beds were quite comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. The shower controls were really confusing but with a few minutes we finessed an acceptable temperature from them, LOL. Front desk person was very nice and friendly.

Not a bad place. Stayed for one night. Very clean. Nice owners. I left a blanket behind and they called and I went back and got it. Rooms are outdated but they’re very clean. No bugs. Nice shower. No crack heads or anything. Some of these reviews I was surprised because overall I had a great experience. I would recommend someone staying here. Stayed here on the way to our Airbnb because it wasn’t available until the next day in Wilmington. Definitely very clean, very nice, and very pleasant owners

Overall, we had a good experience. The front desk staff was very nice, and we were able to check in early. Our room was what you'd expect, but our bathroom had been recently updated, which was a nice surprise. The location was good and plenty of parking.
